General Shipping Policy

At Striking Firearms, we are committed to providing our customers with safe, secure, and compliant shipping services. All firearm shipments adhere strictly to federal, state, and local laws. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship firearms and related products.

 

Firearm Shipping Policy – FFL Transfers

  • All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the FFL details for the receiving dealer at the time of purchase.
  • During checkout, please include the receiving FFL’s name, address, and license number.
  • Alternatively, the receiving FFL can email a copy of their license to strikingfirearms@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Verification

  • Before shipping, we will verify the receiving FFL’s credentials using the ATF eZ Check system.
  • Shipments will not be processed until the receiving FFL is verified and approved.

 

Shipping Carriers

  • We ship firearms using trusted carriers such as USPS Priority Mail.

 

Compliance with Laws

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items purchased comply with federal, state, and local laws in their jurisdiction.
  • Firearms will not be shipped to prohibited states or locations (e.g., where the firearm is restricted by law). This includes, but is not limited to, California, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois unless specific exemptions apply.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving all required information, including FFL verification.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

 

Fees

  • Shipping cost is a flat rate of $40. Insurance may be purchased separately for 2% of the item cost.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We carefully package all firearms to prevent damage during transit.
    All claims for lost or damaged shipments can only be filed when insurance has been purchased and must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

 

Returns

  • Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the customer by the receiving FFL.
  • Any defects or warranty claims must be handled directly with the firearm manufacturer.
