General Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any firearms, ammunition, or accessories under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the highly regulated nature of our products and to ensure the safety and compliance of all transactions. The only exception is when an item you purchased is unavailable due to our inventory error.

Limited Exceptions

While our policy is generally no returns, there is an exception for out-of-stock items. If an item you purchased is unavailable due to an inventory error, a full refund will be issued promptly. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after notification.

Manufacturer Warranties

Striking Firearms is committed to your satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary by manufacturer and product type, offering repair or replacement for defects in materials or workmanship.

Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

Note: Warranty policies are subject to change by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for the most up-to-date information.

Damaged Goods Handling

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Contact the Carrier Immediately: Report the damage to the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) as soon as possible.
2. File a Claim: Initiate a damage claim with the carrier. They will provide instructions on the necessary documentation and procedures.
3. Documentation: Keep all original packaging and take photos of the damaged item and packaging. This will be required for the claim.
4. Notify Us: Inform Striking Firearms about the damaged shipment and the claim number provided by the carrier.

We are here to assist you through this process and ensure a smooth resolution.
